The most reproducible KATNB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5B17 and CT47A1. Each is linked with KATNB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KATNB1-to-partner and partner-to-KATNB1 results are reported.
