KAT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPE4, LCE2A, and SHISA6. Each is linked with KAT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT8-to-partner and partner-to-KAT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NXPE4 grouped by KAT8-low versus KAT8-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
