Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT6B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,633 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KAT6B-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD8, HIF1AN, and RUFY2. Each is linked with KAT6B in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT6B-to-partner and partner-to-KAT6B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, KAT6B versus SAMD8 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT6B→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT6B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
