KAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,501 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-794P, RNA5SP389, and ABHD17AP9. Each is linked with KAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT5-to-partner and partner-to-KAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-794P grouped by KAT5-low versus KAT5-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
