KAT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, KAT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KAT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GML, ADAD1, and OR6C70. Each is linked with KAT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KAT5-to-partner and partner-to-KAT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GML grouped by KAT5-low versus KAT5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KAT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KAT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
