Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, KASH5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible KASH5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR9G1, HMHB1, and IL17A. Each is linked with KASH5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KASH5-to-partner and partner-to-KASH5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR9G1 grouped by KASH5-low versus KASH5-high in URINARY_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KASH5→partner) and Y-score (partner→KASH5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
