KANSL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM107, LDHAP1, and RNU6-634P. Each is linked with KANSL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL3-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM107 grouped by KANSL3-low versus KANSL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
