KANSL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, KANSL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,901 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible KANSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-391P, RNU6-392P, and OR4A5. Each is linked with KANSL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both KANSL2-to-partner and partner-to-KANSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-391P grouped by KANSL2-low versus KANSL2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (KANSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→KANSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
