JUND

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JUND mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUND-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRD5P1, RN7SL134P, and RNU4-35P. Each is linked with JUND in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUND-to-partner and partner-to-JUND results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRD5P1 grouped by JUND-low versus JUND-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUND→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUND) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
