JUNB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JUNB mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,861 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JUNB-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP54, ZBTB37, and WT1. Each is linked with JUNB in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JUNB-to-partner and partner-to-JUNB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP54 grouped by JUNB-low versus JUNB-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JUNB→partner) and Y-score (partner→JUNB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
