JSRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JSRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,635 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JSRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HCLS1, SASH3, and IKZF1_S63. Each is linked with JSRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-JSRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JSRP1 versus HCLS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JSRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JSRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
