Across TCGA patient cohorts, JSRP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JSRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU5E-9P, LINC02508, and MIR3661. Each is linked with JSRP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JSRP1-to-partner and partner-to-JSRP1 results are reported.
