JRK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JRK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 853 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1149P, RNU11-5P, and IGHD4-4. Each is linked with JRK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JRK-to-partner and partner-to-JRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1149P grouped by JRK-low versus JRK-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→JRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
