Across TCGA patient cohorts, JPH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,372 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JPH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-232P, SNRPGP12, and ACTG1P13. Each is linked with JPH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH4-to-partner and partner-to-JPH4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-232P grouped by JPH4-low versus JPH4-high in PRAD.
