JPH4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, JPH4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,550 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JPH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMD14, SLC24A1, and MAST1. Each is linked with JPH4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JPH4-to-partner and partner-to-JPH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, JPH4 versus SAMD14 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JPH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→JPH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
