JOSD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JOSD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 55 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JOSD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-445P, DUX4L4, and TTTY6. Each is linked with JOSD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JOSD2-to-partner and partner-to-JOSD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-445P grouped by JOSD2-low versus JOSD2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JOSD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→JOSD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
