Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, JMJD7-PLA2G4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,348 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible JMJD7-PLA2G4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UHRF1, RNU4ATAC5P, and TUBBP11. Each is linked with JMJD7-PLA2G4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JMJD7-PLA2G4B-to-partner and partner-to-JMJD7-PLA2G4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UHRF1 grouped by JMJD7-PLA2G4B-low versus JMJD7-PLA2G4B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JMJD7-PLA2G4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→JMJD7-PLA2G4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
