The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher JMJD7-PLA2G4B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated JMJD7-PLA2G4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC and HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRC, SCLC, and HNSC are the cancer types where JMJD7-PLA2G4B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
