JAZF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, JAZF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible JAZF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL248P, RN7SL478P, and RNU6-525P. Each is linked with JAZF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both JAZF1-to-partner and partner-to-JAZF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL248P grouped by JAZF1-low versus JAZF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (JAZF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→JAZF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
