Across TCGA cell cohorts, IYD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IYD-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTED and C14orf180. Each is linked with IYD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IYD-to-partner and partner-to-IYD results are reported.
