ITPRIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPRIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,458 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPING1, FLNA_S2339, and FSCN1. Each is linked with ITPRIP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPRIP versus SERPING1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
