ITPRIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPRIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,330 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPRIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are S100A12, AQP9, and RNF19B. Each is linked with ITPRIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPRIP-to-partner and partner-to-ITPRIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITPRIP versus S100A12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITPRIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITPRIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
