Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITPKB-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,180 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITPKB-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITPKB, ARHGEF2, and ERO1A. Each is linked with ITPKB-IT1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITPKB-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-ITPKB-IT1 results are reported.
