Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ITPKB-IT1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ITPKB-IT1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher ITPKB-IT1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ITPKB-IT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

COAD, ESCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where ITPKB-IT1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
