Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITIH4-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,951 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH4-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear export, Autophagosome maturation, and Obsolete histone H3-K4 methylation. Each is linked with ITIH4-AS1 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH4-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH4-AS1 results are reported.
