ITIH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITIH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITIH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC3L, RBP3, and KRTAP22-2. Each is linked with ITIH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITIH1-to-partner and partner-to-ITIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHDC3L grouped by ITIH1-low versus ITIH1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITIH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITIH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
