ITGB5

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,108 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGB5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARC, ADAM12, and COL1A1. Each is linked with ITGB5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB5-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGB5 versus SPARC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
