Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGB1BP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,778 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ITGB1BP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCM2, HLA-V, and MAPK10. Each is linked with ITGB1BP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGB1BP1-to-partner and partner-to-ITGB1BP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGB1BP1 versus CCM2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGB1BP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGB1BP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
