ITGAE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGAE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,162 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGAE-associated genes across cancer lineages are RTN4IP1, ZMYND19, and C22orf46. Each is linked with ITGAE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGAE-to-partner and partner-to-ITGAE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RTN4IP1 grouped by ITGAE-low versus ITGAE-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGAE→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGAE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
