ITGA7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,930 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are AOC3, CCM2L, and TEK. Each is linked with ITGA7 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA7-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGA7 versus AOC3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
