ITGA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,614 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTMAP4, OIP5, and ZFYVE19. Each is linked with ITGA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA7-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTMAP4 grouped by ITGA7-low versus ITGA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
