ITGA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 241 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERCC8, DEFA4, and MAPK8. Each is linked with ITGA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA7-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERCC8 grouped by ITGA7-low versus ITGA7-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
