ITGA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,191 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SFXN1, RPL23AP82, and C15orf61. Each is linked with ITGA4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA4-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SFXN1 grouped by ITGA4-low versus ITGA4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
