ITGA10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,991 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VCL, PARVA, and SORBS3. Each is linked with ITGA10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA10-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ITGA10 versus VCL in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
