ITGA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ITGA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,098 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FEN1, GLRX5, and SLC44A4. Each is linked with ITGA10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA10-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FEN1 grouped by ITGA10-low versus ITGA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
