ITGA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ITGA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,115 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ITGA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1X, HDDC2, and NQO2. Each is linked with ITGA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ITGA10-to-partner and partner-to-ITGA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1X grouped by ITGA10-low versus ITGA10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ITGA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→ITGA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
