ISY1-RAB43

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISY1-RAB43 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,440 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISY1-RAB43-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with ISY1-RAB43 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISY1-RAB43-to-partner and partner-to-ISY1-RAB43 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion grouped by ISY1-RAB43-low versus ISY1-RAB43-high in SARC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISY1-RAB43→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISY1-RAB43) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
