ISL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 431 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRBV8-1, TRBV21OR9-2, and IGHD6-13. Each is linked with ISL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISL2-to-partner and partner-to-ISL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRBV8-1 grouped by ISL2-low versus ISL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
