ISL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ISL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,945 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX8, HMBOX1, and CHERP. Each is linked with ISL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISL2-to-partner and partner-to-ISL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ISL2 versus CBX8 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
