ISCA1P3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCA1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,227 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA integrity checkpoint signaling, Mitotic recombination, and Protein-DNA complex assembly. Each is linked with ISCA1P3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA1P3-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA integrity checkpoint signaling grouped by ISCA1P3-low versus ISCA1P3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISCA1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISCA1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
