ISCA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ISCA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ISCA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6781, RNU6-1026P, and MIR181C. Each is linked with ISCA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ISCA1-to-partner and partner-to-ISCA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6781 grouped by ISCA1-low versus ISCA1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ISCA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ISCA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
