Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,214 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SIN3A, KHDRBS1_S58, and IFT74. Each is linked with IQCH in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCH-to-partner and partner-to-IQCH results are reported.
