Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IQCH RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IQCH data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher IQCH RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IQCH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and UVM show a favorable association.

READ, UVM, and UCEC are the cancer types where IQCH RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
