IQCC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IQCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 706 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1246P, RNU6-222P, and LINC01656. Each is linked with IQCC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCC-to-partner and partner-to-IQCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1246P grouped by IQCC-low versus IQCC-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
