Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,933 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, Spindle organization, and Microtubule cytoskeleton organization involved in mitosis. Each is linked with IQCC in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCC-to-partner and partner-to-IQCC results are reported.
