IQCC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IQCC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IQCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2BW2, PRAMEF19, and GHRHR. Each is linked with IQCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IQCC-to-partner and partner-to-IQCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2BW2 grouped by IQCC-low versus IQCC-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IQCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→IQCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
