INTS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INTS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,139 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHBP6, VPS18, and AKR1B1P3. Each is linked with INTS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INTS2-to-partner and partner-to-INTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHBP6 grouped by INTS2-low versus INTS2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→INTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
