INSYN1-AS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSYN1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,056 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSYN1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INSYN1, GAREM2, and SRSF12. Each is linked with INSYN1-AS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSYN1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-INSYN1-AS1 results are reported.
