INSL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,063 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL6-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHEP2, MTND6P5, and MTCO2P11. Each is linked with INSL6 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL6-to-partner and partner-to-INSL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INSL6 versus IGHEP2 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
