INSL6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, INSL6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,277 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible INSL6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK2_S1706, GBP5, and GIMAP4. Each is linked with INSL6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both INSL6-to-partner and partner-to-INSL6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, INSL6 versus DOCK2_S1706 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (INSL6→partner) and Y-score (partner→INSL6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
